Reliable desktop 3D printers using LPD printing technology – the technology of layered application of molten material are already available in our offer.
Zortrax is a Polish developer of comprehensive 3D printing solutions, the company is a producer of not only 3D printers but also dedicated filaments, software and devices that improve work.
3D printing services
Additionally, we offer 3D printing services with the incremental LPD method. It is a production on demand, aimed at both entrepreneurs and individuals. We print on the advanced Zortrax M300 Plus printer, using the highest quality filaments from Zortrax. The working area of our printer is 300 x 300 x 300 mm, therefore we are able to print even large models in full. Our printer is operated by qualified engineers specializing in 3D printing.
Typical realizations:
Architectural models
Auto parts
Spare parts
Various types of prototypes
Have you damaged something in your home or car?
We will be happy to recreate the damaged part, model it in Fusion360 and print it again.
When you buy Zortrax printers, you get the Fusion 360 Cloud software – an annual subscription.
Fusion 360 is an extensive cloud-based product design and production platform that combines the functionality of many tools such as 3D CAD, CAM, CAE and PCB. Fusion 360 is a practical tool that allows you to freely model 3D objects and prepare a ready model for proper 3D printing.
In addition, in the package, along with the license, you get the Polish translation of the program.

M300 Plus
Print large models in one piece
Large working space
The workspace on the M300 Plus is one of the largest among desktop 3D printers. It allows you to print large models without separating them into individual parts, which then have to be assembled. This is especially important when the strength of the model is important as the joints are usually the weakest points in the entire structure.
Remote management
Productivity increases with the number of 3D printers working on the project, and the M300 Plus has been made to be easily combined into 3D printing farms. Machines can be controlled remotely from one device via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Perfect performance
Production cycles for large-size 3D printers are longer than for smaller machines, which makes reliability very important. The M300 Plus is based on the design of the M300 model, which ensures many hours of trouble-free operation in the largest corporations and institutions in the world.
A wide selection of filaments
The M300 Plus works with most 1.75 mm filaments available on spools. It can print from demanding materials such as flexible TPU or very durable nylon. Professionals can be sure that the printer can easily handle the filaments necessary for their projects.

M200 Plus
Designed for demanding work
Printing in LPD technology, the 200 Plus 3D printer was made of high-quality components to ensure the best quality in its class and low maintenance costs. The device is a versatile, inexpensive solution that provides many hours of maintenance-free operation.
Reliable design
The M200 Plus comes with an industrial-grade extruder that is compatible with a wide variety of filaments such as flex or nylon. Functionalities such as an efficient cooling system or a heated work platform guarantee repeatable dimensional accuracy. The printer pauses printing and informs the user if the filament runs out before finishing the job.
Solution for 3D printing farms
Large networks of remotely managed 3D printers offer enormous opportunities for rapid prototyping and low-volume production. The M200 Plus has Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, which makes it a perfect entry-level production unit in a 3D printing farm.
Easy-to-use
The M200 Plus can be controlled remotely or directly via the intuitive touchscreen installed on the front of the printer. The 3D printing process can be monitored in real-time using the built-in camera. The device can be started up and operated by a person without any previous experience in 3D printing.
Zortrax M300 Dual - 3D printer + Fusion 360 Free
M300 Dual
Industrial standard 3D printing – right on your desk
Large-scale double-head 3D printing
The M300 Dual uses two printheads – one applies the model material and the other the support material, which is water-soluble. The working area with dimensions of 265 x 265 x 300 mm allows you to print large models used especially in aviation, automotive and architecture.
Advanced filament control system
The 3D printer is able to detect when the filament is run out or jammed in the print head. Printing is then stopped and the user receives an appropriate message. After solving the problem, work can be resumed from the same place.
Choice of working platforms
Thanks to the capacitive sensor, the M300 Dual automatically positions the platform, made of any material, e.g. glass or a perforated plate, in relation to the head.
Failure-free printing process
The M300 Dual can cope with power outages. The printer maintains power until printing progress is saved. The operation can be resumed from the same moment when power is restored.
Connectivity and construction of 3D printing farms
M300 Dual 3D printers can be combined into teams consisting of a theoretically unlimited number of devices managed remotely via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Farms can be successfully used in low-volume production.
Working with filaments from other suppliers
Professionals often use materials with special properties. M300 Dual successfully works with any filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm.
Zortrax Inventure - 3D printer + Fusion 360 Free
Inventure
A small factory on your desk
Closed working chamber
Inventure has a closed, heated working chamber, which during printing ensures a constant air temperature around the model. This minimizes the problem of shrinkage and cracking of thermoplastics sensitive to rapid changes in temperature while ensuring high dimensional precision.
Advanced double extrusion system
Inventure can work in both single and double extrusion modes. Double extrusion involves printing simultaneously from two filaments: a model filament and a support material dissolved in water. In single extrusion mode, the model and support structures are printed from the model material.
Support for external filaments
The printer supports dedicated and external materials available on spools. The spool support allows you to work with all 1.75 mm filaments available on the market. Dedicated filaments are also available in intelligent cartridges that automatically identify the type, color and amount of material loaded.
Built-in HEPA filter
The HEPA filter is an integral part of Inventure and prevents fumes and ultra-fine particles (UFP) from escaping outside the working chamber. It has been experimentally proven that the filter captures more than 99% of the released UFP generated during the 3D printing process.
The automatic support removal system
The water-soluble support structures are automatically removed in the DSS Station, which was designed specifically for Inventure. The DSS Station keeps the water at the optimum temperature and circulates it around the model until all support structures are dissolved. *

* The DSS station is an independent device and is not a standard part of the Inventure 3D printer equipment.
